Junior Sales Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with current clients, by knowing all relevant persons with the client, both decision makers and influencers in order to enhance possibility of follow-up and develop new business with each client;
- Find out in a proactive way the client needs and propose solution based offers;
- Gets involved in negotiating and concluding agreements with clients and suppliers;
- Informs the sales team about any internal or external issues relevant to their activity;
- Process the internal administrative tasks as required by the sales team;
- Initiates and supervise internal work procedures for the new projects during the implementation process;
- Offers internal documents control and support to the sales team;
- Creates and interprets the reports requested by management;
- Uses the allocated resources according to the objectives;
- Respect and Improve the company’s terms, procedures and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Have a good understanding of telecommunication and should be a solution oriented, sales focused person;
- Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);
- Communication abilities, flexibility, opened for suggestions, positive thinking;
- Good organizational skills, decision and focus ability;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Knowledge of specific IT programs, such as MS Office.
Work Experience:
- Typically 0 to 1 years sales experience in services/products – preferably from Telecommunications field
Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09.00h 17.300h
